Starting with a welcome from Fabrizio Pirri and Michele Bonino from POLITO, Mikel Borras described how HERITALISE would contribute to the Cultural Heritage Cloud.

Ginevra Niccolucci (PRISMA Cultura) followed with a presentation entitled “Designing access and communicating EU Research: the PRISMA approach to Digital Cultural Heritage” in which she provided an overview of the ECHOES project and the role that PRISMA played.

Emphasising the need to reach out to a wide and varied audience across Europe from many different Cultural Heritage domains, she described how a range of different communication channels were used to achieve this. ECHOES has a bi-monthly Newsletter with a subscriber list of nearly 2,000 readers as well as a News blog on the website which is updated regularly. Social media plays an important role as well with the project posting on Bluesky and X, Facebook and Instagram. In addition, several videos have been uploaded to the ECHOES YouTube channel and recordings of events and webinars are also available on Canal U.

Roberto Scopigno (CNR-ISTI) introduced the concept of the Vertical Applications and how the CNR-ISTI visualisation technologies would be made available – these are very relevant for 3D models and the growing field of Digital Twins.

After a short coffee break, the meeting concluded with a Round Table for the project members and stakeholders.
