Cascading Grants
Programme
Collaborate within the Cultural Heritage Cloud
The ECHOES Cascading Grants Programme offers funding for up to 50 projects to enhance digital engagement, data sharing, and collaboration within the Cultural Heritage Cloud. This funding is available to consortia led by Cultural Heritage Institutions (CHIs) and individual CHIs, supporting diverse initiatives across three calls. Smaller and medium-sized or lesser resourced CHIs are especially encouraged to apply.
The first two calls have now been completed, and the selected projects will be published on the respective pages as soon as they are formally confirmed. The third and final call of the ECHOES Cascading Grants Programme will focus on encouraging stakeholders from the Cultural Heritage Community to contribute datasets and applications for use in the Cultural Heritage Cloud, and is scheduled to be launched in January 2027.
In addition, this section will also provide visibility to calls for grants funded by other ECCCH-funded projects. The relevant details will be published as soon as they become available.
For a comprehensive overview of the Cascading Grants Programme and other initiatives that ECHOES is launching to involve the community in the development of the Cultural Heritage Cloud, we invite you to take a look at this promotional video and the results of the December 2024 Onboarding Workshop.
This programme is managed by the Netherlands Institute for Sound & Vision.
