The publication of the ECHOES Report on identification of communities and their needs concludes the ECHOES Consultation. A booklet presenting the main results of the Consultation and the community-building strategy will be available soon.

The consultation used a mixed-method and iterative approach combining large-scale quantitative data collection through an international survey, qualitative analysis of open ended responses, and targeted validation through workshops, focus groups and complementary consultation activities. This approach enabled both a broad mapping of the cultural heritage landscape and an in-depth understanding of community practices, needs and expectations for the Cultural Heritage Cloud.
In addition, a separate annex, Cluster profiles analysis, is also available which presents the full set of cluster profiles developed as part of the analysis. Each profile represents a distinct community configuration identified through the systematic analysis of survey responses, combining socio-professional characteristics, data practices and technological engagement.
Both reports are available on the ECHOES Consultation page where there is also a Consultation Factsheet that provides a concise overview of the consultation process and its key findings and the Interactive Dashboard which offers a visual exploration of the consultation dataset through charts, indicators and filters.
