The European Summer University in Digital Humanities “Culture and Technology” (ESU DH 2925) is featuring ECHOES along with CLARIN and the ATRIUM project in a guest lecture on Tuesday afternoon (16:30-18:30 CEST) on the 22nd July.

“Bridging Digital Humanities and Cultural Heritage: Key Insights from CLARIN, ATRIUM, and ECHOES“ will introduce three key initiatives relevant to the digital humanities and cultural heritage fields to an audience of ESU participants who range from students to CH professionals with an interest in the theoretical, experimental or practical application of computational methods in the various areas of the Humanities.
Rémi Petitcol, Head of Research Infrastructures, Fondation des Sciences du Patrimoine, will share the survey results from the ECHOES Consultation which was aimed at mapping the diverse cultural heritage communities and understanding their unique needs and expectations.
This year’s ESU is taking place at the Marie and Louis Pasteur University in Besançon, France for two weeks starting on the 21st July and is composed of workshops, teaser sessions, presentations of posters, projects and workshops results, conferences as well as cultural events.
